Our Level 1.0 Outpatient Recovery Support program provides low-intensity, flexible services for adults who are transitioning out of more intensive care or need support maintaining long-term recovery. This faith-based program focuses on healing, accountability, and spiritual growth while helping clients remain engaged with their personal and professional lives.
What Is Outpatient Recovery Support?
Outpatient Recovery Support is a low-intensity treatment option that provides ongoing counseling, peer support, and case management for individuals in recovery who are living independently or transitioning from higher levels of care. It helps clients maintain sobriety, build life skills, and stay connected to a supportive network while balancing work, school, or family responsibilities.

Flexible Weekly Services
1–4 hours/week of support tailored to each client’s needs

Peer-led and clinician-facilitated sessions focused on recovery maintenance

Individual Therapy
Available as needed for emotional support and relapse prevention

Spiritual Coaching
Faith-based mentoring and guided reflection

Who Should Enroll?
- Clients who have completed PHP or Residential levels of care
- Adults maintaining sobriety who need continued structure and support
- Individuals in independent or transitional housing
- Clients balancing work, family, or school responsibilities
